Greg Mills is a builder, producer, and cultural organizer dedicated to creating spaces where community, craft, and storytelling converge. He is the co-owner of the historic Hi-Way Drive-In in Coxsackie, NY, where he and his wife continue the 75-year legacy of showcasing a wide range of films while expanding the site’s food and event programming.

Greg also led the restoration of a historic theater in Catskill, NY, overseeing every phase from design and construction to the formation of the nonprofit organization that now operates its programming.

Drawing on a background in production, construction, and creative development, Greg’s work bridges design and operations with a commitment to preservation, collaboration, and meaningful public experience.

He currently lives in the Hudson Valley with his wife and son.
